Have you ever wanted to learn how to make sushi? Now at My Fresh Basket, you can! In this 2-hour, hands-on class, you will learn from Chef Jack the basics of rolling your own sushi! We will start with the importance of sushi rice, then move to making California Rolls and Spokane Rolls (Spicy tuna, cucumber, tuna) using proper rolling technique.
