The talented Drew will be leading you through a hands-on 2 hour class where you will learn the basics of the fermenting process, and then make the start to your own sauerkraut. Your ticket includes the class, all the ingredients to get you started with your first jar of sauerkraut, and a recipe/information booklet to take home.
