Join us for a trip to one of Eastern Washington's coolest little flour mills. Located in the heart of Palouse County, the Pataha Flour Mill was known for growing wheat on a large scale and their high gluten flour. The mill closed in 1943 but in the summer of 1998 work began to open the doors to the public. Now the mill has tours, restaurants, gift shops, a camera collection a and lots of history.
